One word for it: FANTABULOUSLYAWESOMEandGREATandAMAZINGandDEFINITELYMEMORABLE. :D
haa. What a word. -__- One thing for sure, i did, i mean WE did enjoyed ourselves, Papa. hehe. I'm so glad things worked out just fine, though the rehearsals were suckish. haha. Still, it paid off and i'd like to thank ALL performers for your hardwork and dedication towards this grand event, and thanks to the audience too, for this show will be impossible without you. haha
So, lemme update about this faithful day, 4 Feb 2010.
Met the dancers at BnS atc 7.45am and headed to Macs at Cwp for breakfast. It was full of Evgians okay, haha. I didn't eat anything though. After that, we quickly made our way to RCC as we feared being late; i think detention would be given if we do so. HAHA. Tak perlu seh detention. Fortunately, we made it on time and had briefing. Oh, btw, i became Harry Potek on that day. I was without specs or anything that would aid my short-sitedness. haha. Still, i could survive without it okayokay, though it's sucha disadvantage : ( . Bonda, pleaseplease let me wear contacts lense can? At least for performance laah. *shows sad puppy face*
Haha. It'll never work. She hates that face. HAHA. So anyways, we changed into our constumes after briefing and had our first rehearsals. Gosh, we still needed some improvement with the stage and all. After that, we went for make-up session and had lunch right after. You know, lunch, or shall i say brunch was so unneeded, cause dinner was like an hour and a half after. Waste of food.
Had our second rehearsals, and this time, it was better. heheee.
Then, we waited in our dressing rooms until we were called for our performance. You know, to be frank, i didn't really feel the excitement for the grand performance, i somehow felt like it was the next day. HAHA. Well, i guess time pass by real fast, especially when you're having sucha great time.
We laughed alot during our "never-ending" waiting time. Lot's of topics were brought up ( kening naik turun ) that made me laugh my ass off. Especially Papa, Sab and Rai and Kak Mira. They were freaking hilarious i tell you! LMAO ;D
Just before the performance, during the intermission, i felt really nervous, haha. Like, really nervous, i wanted to pee. Haha! It was freaking cold okayokay. I don't know how in the world the Backtsage Crew could stand it. tsktsktsk.
Still, i managed to gather all my courage and danced my way off the stage. Fortunately, everything fell into place, and we got a GREAT RESPONSE from the audience. Surprising, i must say. Cause we faced a lot of problems during rehearsals. Baik MalayDance! We did great! I lovelove you all! ;D
So, we were sreaming and shouting at the backstage right after. Nak joget lagi please? haha. Really, this was the most memorable experience ever, in my one and a half year in Evgreen.
After that, we headed to our dressing room and watched our Alumnis perform their item through a small little television.
Then, we headed backstage for the curtain call, also known as the Finale. All the performers came out and bowed, while the Evg Winds were playing our school song. So syiok ^^
After the peformance, we went out to meet our friends and family. I hugged each and everyone of them, and wished my mum a Happy 3rd Year Anniversary with my dad. Oh, and when i saw my girls, i hugged them tightly and jumped around like crazy. I miss them ALOT, you know. Thanks korang for making it, and sorry tak dapat go mamam ngan u all. hehee
>>Got changed, packed some stuffs and headed to carpark with Jalilah and Kak Amirah to meet parents and headed home. Oh, btw, i knocked out with my make up on. haha. I see a mountain on my face : (
Okayy, so that's it. I think imma be a good girl and start on my mountains of homework. Gonna go out with family tomorrow night to celebrate our 3rd Year Anniversary together! ;DD
